Mr. Michael Shepherd has practiced law for 25 years and has been involved in over 150 court trials, including twenty jury trials to verdict. He has extensive experience with landlord defense including breach of warranty of habitability as well as current civil litigation involving contracts.

Michael Shepherd received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1997. He completed a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University in 1988, and an undergraduate degree in engineering from Penn State University in 1982.

Mr. Shepherd is admitted to practice before all California courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appels. Michael Shepherd has appeared in both state and federal courts.

Michael Shepherd, Esq. is a member of the Berkeley Property Owners Association, California Apartment Association, the East Bay Rental Housing Association, and the Rental Housing Association of Southern Alameda County.
