Pre-Eviction Services
(This means you do not have a pending court case) include:

- Move-Out Agreements & negotiations
- Assistance with Rent Board Petitions and/or Hearings -Costa Hawkins rent increases
- Ellis Act
Evictions: Jury trials and court trials
(You are now ready to file an Unlawful Detainer complaint with the court or have already done so):
- We handle eviction cases from start (filing of summons and complaint) to finish (default/settlement or trial)
- We can help, if you have started your case on your own, but decide that you want an attorney to represent you. (this is dependent on attorney availability and trial date)
- We can help, if your eviction case ended in a “Stipulation or Settlement Agreement” and your tenant has breached the agreement and you need assistance to enforce it.
